I need to fetch from `https://whatever` through nim. This works fine with
`httpclient` and `-d:ssl` for a linux build, but on a Windows build I'm getting
the `libcrypto` error attached below.

I have looked at [puppy](https://nimble.directory/pkg/puppy), but this requires
`libcurl` on linux, which is not ideal for me... I really want TLS compiled in.
Puppy looks perfect, aside from this.

I'm looking at trying to wrap a few other C TLS libraries
([Mbed-TLS](https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls),
[TinyTls](https://github.com/Anthony-Mai/TinyTls), etc) , but those then need
fetching added on.

Does anyone know of a way to get https fetch in nim without needing to
