the issue isn't 'need', but 'economy', especially when you have some
super-developed and super-undocumented toolchain like these platforms have. If
you're making an app that can serve its UI over HTTP, then the Kotlin shim that
you'd need to set up a webview and work with Android events and notifications
and such would be so trivial that ChatGPT could probably write it all for you.
All the real work would happen in Nim. But if out of a sense of purity you want
to do that part in Nim too, it becomes a much more significant challenge and not
a very rewarding one.
