relax, I understand you are frustrated by this UX issue, but being sassy doesn't
help with getting people to give you advice
I personally don't know how to break down the issue further
That code says there is a bat file at `SOMEDIR/tools/start.bat`, and I don't
know where that `SOMEDIR` is in your system
You need to find that folder, wherever it was, and find that tools/start.bat
file, right click on it and create a link to it
I honestly don't know how to break that down further than a sequence of steps to
follow
