Hello all. I've been in here for quite a bit and just kind of sneak around the
discord reading through and what not.

Anyhow I've finally grown the patience to write some docs for a small lib I made
for controlling stupid Govee RGB lights through their LAN API. I wanted to get
some thoughts on presentation of the repo and what not; more in terms of
readability and what is needed for nimble.

Despite my lurking, I'm not sure where exactly to do that so I'm dropping here
in main and if a mod deletes it then I know I was very wrong. Okay cheers.
