I know .. acronymn used as part of a sentence instead of the proc name .. but at the end of the day, if you take the first statement litterately, it sort of demonstrates a self contradiction. Are these common acronymns "words" and should be treated like words and should that have been `The stdlib api` since we aren't doing the PascalCase for a proc name?
