I don't believe this is true. It introduces nothing and just explains that the
rendered definition of the Nim code might be wrong if you're on another OS.  The
fact that the specific line of the code the documentation is tied to is in
between correct and not is an implementation detail. And, again, I state that
docs should at least be semantically correct, now they are not.
