Personally, I find the organization of the Nim docs to be, at minimum, perfectly adequate. I think there could be more detail added, which essentially amounts to writing more doc comments in the standard library. If the complaint is the appearance of the docs, then I recommend altering that on your end. Adding a way to change the color scheme / styling of the docs in-browser is potentially implementable, but some (me included) would see that as unnecessary bloat. The best fix would be changing the styling at doc compilation time / specifying a different CSS for the HTML. Which wouldn't change the appearance of the official doc website.
