In reply to @mr_rowboto "I'm pointing to that": nobody said it is. mate, i'm a pentester, i literally hack software for a living. a solid 95% of the vulns i find are not related to memory issues. but that doesn't mean it's not important or that we should just start ignoring the issue? because memory vulns, while not incredibly common these days, are usually some of the most impactful as arbitrary memory read/write primitives allow an attacker to, well, execute arbitrary code. i literally finished writing a LPE kernel exploit _t o d a y_
